Leadership & Career Development
Kisik Pathways to Success
Founded by Carlin Nordstrom, Pathways to Success helps young people build leadership skills, connect with industry mentors, and create a clear plan for their future.
A Practical Path From Goals to Opportunity
Kisik Pathways to Success combines mentorship, leadership development, and career exposure to help Indigenous youth move from ideas to action. Participants explore their strengths, set meaningful goals, learn from industry leaders, and build practical plans for education, employment, and community leadership.
Now in its fifth year, the program connects youth with opportunities and role models across sectors including energy, resources, and community leadership — drawing on Carlin's own journey from minor hockey through the professional ranks.
